Well, today was the day that I took my A.P. English test. Can you guess how excited I am that I never have to take another on ever again?!?!?!?!?!?! Very excited!! Oh, and last week we got this nifty new computer! I really love it so far! So, last night Glee was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean when Finn sang Jesse's Girl I tought my friend was gonna die from excitement. haha not really, but it was still amazing! And so is when they sang One. I have always loved that song and when they sang it, it got that much cooler. So, there are only 11 more days of school. Now, normally this would make me really happy and excited, but for some reason this year I'm not. I really just wanna keep going on like regular. I think it has something to do with my friends graduating or something. I'm not really sure. But, I bet that when school does get out I'll be over this weirdness. Especially during the week of awesome which includes going to CMA Fest to see Lady Antebellum and Tim McGraw and then going to Chatt. the next day to see Sheryl Crow!!!! Very exciting. But since Nashville got flooded last week I don't know what kind of stuff the Fest will have this year, but they say they're still gonna have it!! Well, I just wanted to write a little post to update some.

So, I just realized exactly how long it has been since I have written like an actual post. Too long. I will do my best to try to remember everything that happened since then and get it all down.

I guess I'll start with that field trip I took so long ago. Let me just tell you that after that trip I officially love hockey. The End.

I started going to Zumba class and it's really fun. And it's an amazing workout. I just wish I didn't have so much else to do so I could go more often. But hopefully there will be summer classes!!

One weekend was Battle of the Bands and Miss Tullahoma and they were really fun, but that was a very hectic weekend oh and that was when I finally saw The Last Song. So good, but lots of crying.

 

Me and my friend Krystal have come up with the most brilliant idea that is going to make us rich and famous one day haha. We are going to take our favorite characters from Twilight, The Hunger Games, House of Night series, The Mortal Instruments series, and The Host and we're gonna mash them all into one and make a super book! We're gonna make videos about it and put them on YouTube!

And well the most important thing that has happened since my last post was PROM!!!!

It was very fun. I got my hair done and it took 2 and a half flipping hours! Crazy but it looked amazing! Then I went to Chelsea's and got dressed super fast so we could go to take pictures at Andrew's. We took pictures for a while and went to eat at Cortner's Mill. It was pretty good there. And then since we had like a million years before prom started we drove around for a very long time. We finally went to prom and it was very fun!! More fun than I was expecting. Then after we went to Chelsea's house and we all slept in the garage. We watched The Blair Witch Project with her parents and then they went in to "go to bed" but they really went inside and when we were watching The Hangover they started beating on the garage door and we were all screaming and when Chelsea went to go lock the door her dad hit it and she ran and jumped on the blankets and scraped her knee on the thing of salsa. It was so crazy. But we finally went to bed like officially at four in the morning! And let me tell you I am still recovering.

Well, that's about all I have for you right now. I will try to do a better job of posting more often which should be easier now that all the hectic-ness is over with. So, until next time.

Field Trip

So, tomorrow I am taking a field trip to Nashville to visit the Titans facility, Belmont University, Opry Mills, and a Predators game. Now on any other day this would be an amazing thing, especially since field trips at our school are hard to come by. But on this particular day Adrian already had other plans that are now horribly ruined. And you wanna know the best part. Adrian has to be at school at 7:30!!! Yes, you read that right. That is only like 10 min. after I normally get up. How will I do this? I have no idea, but hopefully everything this weekend will go like I have it planned and be fun! Hope your day is good.

Well, school started again today so I will not be blogging as much as I would like especially since I am taking Government and it already sounds pretty hard, but I will try to set time to blog at least once a week. So, hopefully that will work out. Have a nice day!

book movies

So, while I am watching New Moon I got to thinking about books that get turned into movies. They're either really good or really bad.

Let's start with Twilight. It had the potential to be a really good movie. But instead it looked really bad. I mean it was blue for goodness sake. Who wants to watch a movie that's blue. I mean I went and saw it a bunch of times in theatres and who knows how many times, but the more I watch it the worse it gets. But thankfully New Moon got better. So, I am hoping that as they go along they will just continually get better.

Now Dear John that was a good book to movie. It had most of the same story with only a few changes that didn't change the story too much. And they had a good script and director who knew what they were doing when they made the movie.

Even though Vampire Diaries is a show not a movie I'm gonna include it anyway. Now, I love the books and the show, but other than the characters and the main premise they are nothing the same. The books focus mainly on the love triangle between Elena, Stefan, and Damon, while the show doesn't have that. But by doing them differently they made it to where you could have almost two different stories for the characters to choose which one you like the best.

Since the Last Song hasn't been released yet I can't really comment on how it actually is, but from the commercials, clips, and things I've read it seems that the movie has followed the book pretty good so I am very excited to see how the final movie comes out. Another book that will be interesting to see is The Hunger Games. It's not supposed to come out until 2011, but they could either make it a really good movie or it could turn out horribly wrong in which case I would probably cry. Not really, but I would be really mad at whoever made it. What book to movies do you really like or despise?
